TecToday: Cybercrime - The Internet as a Crime Scene

TecToday provides answers to the question of how we should deal with changes triggered by technology. On September 26, the focus will be on cybercrime. Compass founder Ivan Bütler will present a apt hacking demo.

On the occasion of the Digital Festival Zurich, satw (Schweizerische Akademie der Technischen Wissenschaften) organizes the evening event on the topic of internet security and cybercrime.

Experts will show you how hackers proceed when they search the internet for victims and what economic damage the attackers cause each year. You will also learn how attacks can be detected and what security measures you can apply.

Live Hacking

Ath the beginning of the event, Ivan Bütler demonstrates how hackers gain access to sensitive data. What weaknesses do they use? How do they circumvent security measures? This live hacking demo sensitizes to more IT security.
